Fraud Tip Hotline

Express Scripts works with more than 55,000 pharmacies to provide you with outstanding service. To help maintain this service, they use an aggressive audit program to check for fraudulent behavior.

As a pharmacy customer, you may have an opportunity to observe potential fraud. Examples of fraud include:


  • Knowingly presenting to the Department of Defense or its agents a false or fraudulent claim for payment


  • Knowingly using a false record or statement to get a claim paid by the Department of Defense or its agents


  • Conspiring with others to get a false or fraudulent claim paid by the Department of Defense or its agents


  • Knowingly using a false record or statement to conceal, avoid, or decrease an obligation to pay money or transmit property to the Department of Defense or its agents

Please feel free to report, anonymously or by name, any suspected fraud concerning your TRICARE retail pharmacy benefit. You may contact Express Scripts using one of the following options:

  • E-mail Express Scripts' Pharmacy Audit team.

You will need to provide details regarding any suspicious activity, as well as information identifying the pharmacy or beneficiary (such as name and address). Your information will be kept strictly confidential.
